Concession Audits
A key service provided by Compass is the independent audit and evaluation of existing advertising operations. A number of airports have commissioned us to carry out audits 12-15 months ahead of the expiry of an existing sales agreement in order to establish the relative performance of the operator under the agreement.
We can benchmark sales and revenues achieved against other airports, review the range of advertising and media sold and identify what changes should be incorporated into the next operator agreement to maximise future revenues.
